1. Overview

Conqore Business aims to provide clear and fair refund and cancellation terms. This policy applies to fees paid for platform subscriptions, featured listings, or other paid services unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Subscription plans: You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment if you have not substantially used the paid features. Prorated refunds may apply for annual plans cancelled mid-term as per our discretion.
  • One-time fees: Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service. Check the product page or confirmation email for details.
  • Bookings and transactions: Refunds for bookings (e.g. ground slots, courses) are between you and the customer; Conqore Business is not responsible for third-party refunds unless we explicitly process them.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to support@conqore.com with your account email, order or transaction reference, and reason. We will respond within 5–7 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain fees may be non-refundable once the service has been delivered (e.g. featured listing after publication). We will communicate this at the time of purchase where applicable.
